Online pressing quality inspection meets the entire process quality control and data management for pressing

After the operation is completed, all operation settings and result data, as well as the pressure-displacement curve, can be displayed on the human-machine interface of the precision servo press, effectively controlling interference fit quality, while meeting traceable management of operation data, detecting and removing defective products to avoid greater losses. It also helps optimize process technical parameters and design;

4;Operation safety protection function:

To enhance the safety of equipment operators during production, safety shields are installed on both left and right ends of the equipment.

Protected by safety light curtains, operated with two-hand start buttons, and equipped with a circuit fault protection system.

During the product pressing process, if a hand or an object larger than 25 mm in diameter enters the range of the photoelectric protection device while the slider is moving downward, the equipment slider will quickly retract to the upper limit stop position. If the safety light curtain fails or is damaged, the equipment automatically locks and cannot operate, preventing injuries to operators' hands or bodies during pressing operations and effectively ensuring personal safety.
